Periodic visits will be made to ensure that your home is diligently looked after in your absence. Each visit includes, but is not limited to:
- Perimeter/Interior check for damage (windows, screen porch, etc.) and vandalism
- Run water through all sinks, drains, showers
- Run garbage disposal
- Flush all toilets
- Check for leaking pipes and water damage
- Visually check for signs of mold
- Check for any odors
- Visually check for pest activity
- Monitor interior temperature
- Fridge and freezer are turned on and working
- Basic visual check of pool/spa
- Check interior and exterior lightbulbs
- General landscaping checked for appearance
- Post storm inspections for damage
- Check breaker box for any tripped breakers
- Remove newspapers, flyers, and debris

We are transparent in the fact that we do not take a cut from work performed by any vendor. The choice of which vendor to use is always yours, and we are not a part of any transaction. That said, we have a pool of vendors that we know will give you the best possible work because they want to continue to work with Wyze Home Services and our clients. We are more than happy to have our clients take advantage of the consistently high quality of work provided by our pool of vendors.
In cases where a vendor(s) we know is unavailable or doesn’t have the right expertise/experience given the nature of work, we are happy to help find the right one to meet your specific needs. We make it easy to find the right company or person to get your home repair done right. We are happy to provide coordination and project oversight with any vendor. Whether it’s your existing gardener, pool cleaner, or plumber, we want you to have peace of mind when it comes to the work being done at your property.
